At Explorer Workspace, we're committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

During busy periods, product launches or holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

New Zealand & Australia

  • 4 to 14 business days

Rest of the World

  • 4 to 14 business days

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

If you haven't received your tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@explorerworkspace.com.

Delays

While we do everything we can to ensure your order arrives on time, occasional delays can occur due to factors outside our control, including customs inspections, courier delays, severe weather, or peak shipping periods.
