Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it.
- Returned in its original packaging with all included accessories.
- Accompanied by your proof of purchase or order number.

If your return is approved, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels.
Please do not send your item back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible at support@explorerworkspace.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll assess the situation and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, some products cannot be returned once opened or used.
We also cannot accept returns for:
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
- Products that have been used, damaged by misuse, or are not returned in their original condition

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you'd like a different item, simply return your eligible product for a refund (once approved) and place a new order through our website.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without providing justification.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase to qualify.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
